Creating the right structures and processes to implement strategy

We work across all functions and sectors to get organisation structures right and develop the roles and capabilities required to deliver them. Typical projects we have worked on include:

  • Designing organization structure, shape and size for a restructured FTSE 100 business and for a HR department of over 150 roles
  • Creating new capability frameworks encompassing behaviours, technical skills and experience
  • Developing people scorecards that link directly to business performance objectives
  • Change management for all of the above

We work from strategy through to implementation, making sure the details at grass roots reflect the intent of the design.
