Andy Bedwell
Andy has considerable HR and line
management experience, drawn from senior
line and HR roles in both FTSE 100
organisations and Global HR consultancy.
He has worked with European boards to
design key elements of HR strategy but
has also held the implementation
responsibility for Talent Management,
Resourcing and Development programmes.
Andy holds a Masters in Organizational
Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of
London, is certified to BPS levels A&B
and is an MBTI registered practitioner.
Andy enjoys the outdoors, spending
time with his boys and the occasional
bit of peace and quiet.
Martin Collinson
Martin has over twenty years
experience in Management and
Organisation Development, designing and
delivering innovative assessment and
development processes at senior
management and Board level for FTSE 100
companies throughout Europe and in the
United States.
Martin previously
worked for a global aerospace and
automotive manufacturer as Group
Organisation and Development Manager and
as a line manager in a major hotel and
leisure business. Since becoming a
consultant, Martin has specialised in
helping individuals and teams clarify
who they really are, what they want to
achieve and how to do it.
Lorraine Mills
Lorraine Mills has worked across a
range of sectors over the last 18 years
in both HR and Development roles. The
projects that Lorraine has undertaken
include designing and implementing new
people management processes such as
performance management, high potential
fast tracking, employee resourcing and
succession planning.
Lorraine
works with a variety of clients
assessing and developing talent and has
project managed successful Investors in
People accreditation, deployed the EFQM
Excellence Model and is currently an NVQ
assessor for all levels of management.
Lorraine specialises in supporting and
developing businesses to implement new
ways of working, assessing and building
capability at an individual and team
level.
Patrick Lee
Patrick has more than 25 years
experience in consulting and HRD. His
previous roles include Head of HR Solutions
Practice, Business Change Manager, and
Management Development Manager. He benefits
from a broad business perspective having
worked across sectors such as telecoms,
construction, utilities, pharmaceuticals,
professional services and technology.
His particular interest is in
working with senior teams to help them
achieve improved business results through
maximising the contribution of their people.
This tends to involve consulting projects
around establishing clear role design and
talent management strategies or delivering
development interventions including
coaching, assessment and leadership
development.
Lindsay Hanson
Lindsday is a strategic HR
professional who has held management and
Director positions in global organisations.
She is a specialist in the field of people
development, performance coaching and
assessment. Her core skills include design
and delivery of training and assessment
programmes. She has recently used leading
edge Neuroscience research to create an
innovative approach to change leadership
programmes.
She is an NLP practitioner,
master practitioner and coach and is a
Member of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development.
In addition to our core team, we
have a select group of associates with
complementary skills and expertise.
And in the engine room…
Vashti Bedwell
Vashti runs the project management
and admin for our work. She has a
background in retail store management
and ran a customer service team for one
of the better known high street brands
for a number of years. She is a school
governor, a keen dancer and an avid
reader.
