Point of Difference Solutions Ltd
will not collect any personal
information about you (your name,
address, telephone number or e-mail
address) unless you provide it to us
voluntarily. You may provide us with
this information by subscribing via our
website, contacting us by e-mail,
purchasing products or services or in
the course of delivery of one of our
products or services. You may visit our
websites without telling us who you are
or without needing to reveal any
personal information about yourself.
Please note that as part of collecting
data for some of our services, you may
be asked to supply us with sensitive
personal data as defined by the Data
Protection Act 1998. By submitting this
to us, you consent to allowing us to
process this sensitive personal data in

Use of Information
Point of Difference is a company
engaged in services in the areas of
Organisation Design, Assessment &
Selection, People Development and
Coaching. We collect and use information
from individuals in the course of
promoting and delivering our work in
these areas. We will not rent, sell or
exchange information about you to third
parties without your consent.
The information you provide to us may be
used for the following purposes:
1) to contact customers or potential
customers for marketing, information or
feedback purposes
2) in carrying out services to our
clients as defined in contracts between
us and them. In this context, your
personal information may be used to
provide reports and services to our
clients.
Information collected will be used in
line with the purpose it was provided.
In the course of carrying out our
services, we may transfer information to
affiliates of Point of Difference or
other companies and associates that we
have asked to perform work for us under
contract. For information provided under
purpose 1) above, we may hold your
personal details indefinitely. For
information provided under purpose 2)
above, we will keep your information for
the duration of the project we are
conducting and for a maximum of 6 months
afterwards with the exception of Real
Insights recordings (see below).
In the course of carrying out our Real
Insights and related services, we may
receive personal information in the form
of voice and/or video recordings. Where
this involves more than one person, we
have a duty to separately protect the
privacy of each individual. We will not
disclose information from one individual
to another party involved in the
discussion without receiving their
written consent to do so. We will retain
and store voice and/or video recordings
for a maximum of 30 days or if longer,
only until completion of reporting for
the project it was created for.
Please note that our policies on privacy
will be overridden where we are required
or permitted to disclose personal
information under law or the terms of
any court order.
Storage of information
We use a variety of methods such as
firewalls, intrusion detection software
and manual security procedures, to help
protect the accuracy and security of
your personal information and to prevent
unauthorized access or improper use by
third parties.
Website usage data
Our website

does not use cookies. We do collect and
store Internet Protocol addresses (IP
addresses) to create anonymous
statistics in order to measure the
number of visitors to our website and
the number of clicks received via
websites of our business partners. We do
not create user profiles or link IP
addresses to personally identifiable
information.

Our website contains links to other
sites for which we are not responsible
for data security or privacy policy.
Please be aware of this and read the
appropriate Privacy Policy before
deciding whether or not to submit any
personal information to sites other than
our own.
