Selection and Assessment

Getting the people decisions right

We can develop selection programmes, write assessment centres or simply deliver insightful evaluations with people. We believe that to get the best insights, people need to feel that that process has integrity and is relevant to them and their roles. We use this as the founding basis for all of our work in this area.

Typical projects we have worked on include:

  • Designing and conducting a benchmarking project across a population of 60 technical consultants
  • Conducting a leadership team audit which was also used as a platform for individual and company development planning
  • Designing and implementing selection and assessment processes for a 150 strong HR function, fist line managers and senior executives
  • Delivering personal evaluations and constructive feedbacks for over 1000 individuals

Our approach is to uncover rich information, analyse it fully to inform company decisions and feed it back to people sensitively in order to empower and motivate them in their lives and roles.
