Selection Insight

The cost of recruitment and the costs of getting it wrong are well documented. In any climate, this impacts tight budgets, causes business disruption and distracts line manager focus from running the business.

The quality of the selection process is critical to getting the decision right and one of the key components of it is the selection interview. Managers are often trained in general interview theory and skills but are given limited real-time coaching or support to guide them in implementing them in practice. Our offering is specifically designed to provide this.

At the core of this is the Real Insights approach where we provide one to one feedback and coaching on real interviews based on a digital recording of the conversation. We can also support in other ways, ranging from helping to lay the foundations for a successful recruitment campaign through to providing training and coaching to improve the process and accelerate performance after it.
