Typical Projects
Whether we are looking at performance
management discussions, selection interviews
or any other discussions, there are a number
of ways we can approach our analysis.
The simplest form is as an MOT – a one
off evaluation based on a single recording.
A more in-depth view can be taken using the
CAMPAIGN approach, where analysis is made
from a number of different meetings before
the final feedback session is undertaken.
Where time permits, feedback can be given
between each interview stage to provide
coaching and track development as meetings
progress (CAMPAIGN+). Finally, where there
is the need to look across a team of people
to pick up group trends and inform future
training development, the BENCHMARK approach
may be more appropriate. This builds on the
principles of MOT and CAMPAIGN but enables
reporting between individuals with themes
consolidated for the team.
