Who we are
Point of Difference was formed in 2004
with a clear focus on the selection,
assessment and development of leaders and
managers. Our belief is that at key points
in both life and business, the right
decision can have long-reaching implications
for success and fulfilment. Our aim is to be
there at those points of difference to help
challenge and shape thinking.
We’re not big on rhetoric, but a
couple of beliefs are very important in the
way we approach our work:
- We believe in the potential of
people to make a difference – both for
themselves and in business.
- The difference between great and
poor performance, fulfilment and
discontent is often hugely influenced by
getting some basic people decisions
right.
- Helping people get these decisions
right is what we do.
